Old Mutual sells US Life operations to Harbinger
“Old Mutual also announced it agreed to sell its US Life operations to affiliates of Harbinger for $350m.
Completion is anticipated on or after 31 December and is subject to relevant regulatory approvals. Net proceeds, estimated to be around $364m, will be used to reduce debt.”
