LinkedIn, Facebook Mashup Proposed at InLikey.com, Programmer Needed

Summary:
A visitor to InLikey.com – a new website – will either upload their resume or post a link to their LinkedIn profile.

Visitors to the site will then cycle through resumes/profiles within various industries and locations, and click a Facebook Like button on only some of them to indicate approval. 

Resumes / LinkedIn profiles will be ranked by their Like count.

Preferred expertise/background that I am seeking:
-API programming experience
-Scalability understanding
-Ability to work on your own with little guidance
-Inventiveness, curiosity, strong work ethic, speed

Expertise that is not required, but helpful:
-Web design experience
