Recruitment Affiliate Marketing System at http://JobCopies.com, #Jobs #Recruiters #Recruiting
Summary: JobCopies.com, a new website, is an affiliate marketing system for recruiters (in-house, direct, contract, third-party).
COMPANY ABC has a new job opening. RECRUITER ABC works internally for COMPANY ABC.
RECRUITER ABC (or someone within COMPANY ABC) sets certain parameters or goals for the role, be they job views, or resumes, or interviews, or offers of a job, or acceptances of the job.
THIRD-PARTY RECRUITER is asked to work on COMPANY ABC’s new job opening. Rather than being paid the traditional way as a percentage of first-year compensation, THIRD-PARTY RECRUITER is provided with a URL of the original job posting which includes (appended to the end of it) an affiliate marketing code.
The affiliate marketing code tracks various metrics attributable to that THIRD-PARTY RECRUITER, such as job views, resumes, interviews, job offers, or acceptances of the job.
COMPANY ABC determines a payout scheme for each metric and cuts a check to that THIRD-PARTY RECRUITER quarterly based on the basket of jobs that they have been asked to work on.
The slant on traditional recruiting relationships: COMPANY ABC can also ask their own, in-house RECRUITER ABC to work on their jobs under the same affiliate marketing system.
Those with websites (bloggers, niche sites, etc.), and just random, interested people, can go to JobCopies.com and sign up to be affiliates within appropriate industries, without COMPANY ABC ever having to seek them out.
COMPANY ABC always has quality control over who uses their information and how they may use it.
COMPANY ABC may set different incentives for different third-parties, or even different incentives for the same third-parties but for different jobs.
How it works: 1) Put a wrapper around what is already out there. –
There are already a number of existing affiliate marketing websites that enable publishers to create their own affiliate marketing schemes.
The JobCopies.com wrapper, with additional functionality and instructions, could simply be slapped (with permission) onto a system such as LinkTrust.com or HitPath.com.
OR 2) Build your own at JobCopies.com.
Why it works: Social marketing opportunities: someone can ‘Like’ a job or a company on Facebook or LinkedIn, or post on Twitter or Google AdWords, have that spread around, and they get paid for it being spread, without explicitly broadcasting their payment arrangement.
Third-party recruiters can now be paid for generating activity for roles without necessarily being the firm who makes the placement. The all-or-nothing risk is removed, so more firms may be willing to work on a role and drive Time-to-Hire down.
Recruiting for a particular role or department is less likely to go over budget, because those metrics can be reverse-engineered.
Preferred expertise/background that I am seeking: The technical skills to build an affiliate program from scratch or tweak the ones that already exist.
